« It’s good but it’s not perfect » said my former creative director in October 2015. After reworking the same designs several times and getting the same feedback, I was stuck. Until I realized that you can rework everything ad infinitum and still see room for improvement. The important thing is to be proud of yourself, and to do that you have to give it your all.
I continue to apply this principle and share it with my teams.
My mission starts with research and data analysis to understand customers, industries, trends, future projections and brands. Identify the customer problems. Become an expert on key accounts and vertical markets for which I'm the referent. Then work proactively on innovative solutions. Build them strategically and think them technically scalable (close to Product Design but dedicated to Advertising business). Or from a brief received from the advertiser and/or his agency. Crafting creative concepts that correspond to the cultural moment and the brand’s message. From ideation sessions and workshops to execution, I meticulously build narratives, make presentations to clients and agencies, oversee production, analyze results – savoring every phase. I pay close attention to detail.
What’s Amazon Ads? It’s the Amazon online advertising solution which offers a range of products and services to advertisers. As part of this entity, there’s a special team called the Brand Innovation Lab (previously known as Custom team). Its mission is to build creative ad campaigns and products that let brands stand out on Amazon.
I joined this team as a contractor and have never left since.
Prior to that, I worked in small businesses and digital agencies and experimented with freelancing. I was looking for a position and a company that would allow me to learn, grow and enjoy every step of the way.

Offer a random customer to write the script of a luxury brand’s web-series.
Training over 50 junior creatives across India and Costa Rica.
Position whisky as the perfect gift for customers who know nothing about it.
Deliver a car by helicopter.
Mentoring a young EPITECH student.
Offer gift cards to customers isolated during the pandemic.
For many years, I’ve seen a close link between my work and two different sports I love: rugby and basketball.
To achieve the fundamental objective of victory you need team players. It doesn’t matter if you have the best superstar, he still needs team players to reach the highest level. These values of sharing and sacrifice are true for me on the pitch and in the office. Make others shine. Build team spirit to win as a group.
