Brief

We started the discussion around a Mastercard brand awareness campaign on Amazon during the pandemic. During the containment, the situation was unique and the advertisers felt helpless. They challenged us to come up with a creative idea that would help both them and their customers.

Insight

During the lockdown, everyone was missing someone. Friends, family members. Everyone was stuck, spending more and more time online.

Solution

We built a streamlined CX to speak empathetically during this difficult time and use an Amazon incentive to reward Mastercard customers for a specific action.

We came up with the solution for Mastercard’s customers to think of their loved ones (family & friends), send them an Amazon Gift card and receive a €5 promo code to spend on amazon.fr as a reward.

"Even away from home, show your loved ones that you're thinking of them." That's what storytelling is all about.

Results

The campaign was a great success. Over 14,000 Amazon gift cards were sent out. And we immediately started to discuss about other innovative ideas.

Role

I was the art director. From the creative concept, the presentation to the client, to the production of all the elements of the campaign.
